Kristina Percy  FCIA, FSA



Kristina has worked in the pension and health benefits fields for 14 years with a diverse group of clients in both the public and private sectors.

A specialist in the marketing, implementation, and ongoing management of group benefits programs, she has particular expertise in the design and pricing of flexible benefit plans. In addition, Kristina has considerable experience in the valuation of liabilities associated with pension, post-retirement, and post-employment benefits. She supports clients with issues relating to the funding and financial reporting requirements for these plans.

While working for large, national consulting firms, Kristina’s responsibilities included client management, tools development, maintenance and training.

Qualifications & Education

A Fellow of the Canadian Institute of Actuaries and the Society of Actuaries, Kristina also holds insurance licenses in British Columbia and Alberta.

Kristina volunteers as a question writer for the Society of Actuaries’ Group Health Core Exam and on the CIA Post Employment Benefits Practice Committee.

She graduated from Western University and the Richard Ivey School of Business with an HBSc, majoring in actuarial science, and an HBA.
